Day N Nite..

Holiday weekend here in the UK.. I have very little planned and I am looking forward to this very much.. Saying that a lunch with the girls on Sunday could prove messy if we are in the right frame of mind..  Now about my day, it's been crazy.. A regular salon appointment for hair and beauty treatments, hell yeah I am girly for sure,  I mean my cant live without list contains eyelash curlers LOL So I go to the salon I get my hair coloured, auburn nothing out of the ordinary when I look across the salon and there is a spa tank, full of hungry sinister looking fish which I could swear were licking there fish lips, looking at my pretty little feet and thinking lunch, silly me and never one to shun curiosity I asked the salon owner what it was, well next thing I am whisked across the salon, my skinny jeans rolled up as far as they would go and my little feet dangling in a tank while the fish ate my hard skin.. WTF it was the most bizarre, scary, ticklish and strangely hypnotic treatment I have ever had.. While this 100 little fish ate away what felt like 3 layers of my skin, (actually I am a drama queen and one would have you thinking I could feel them bite, it was more a little suck than a great bite from what I would have you believe was a piranha)  I got to thinking just what are we prepared to actually do in the face of beauty.. Is it really necessary to go this far.. I will need to think on this one and get back to you.. But here goes with a cute little casual get up for the lead into the weekend.. <3 <3...

This Night a DJ Saved My Life..

So I discovered another awesome club classic, while listening to the favourites in my YouTube list and thought blog blog blog, LOL.. So this was what I pulled together.. I follow many blog's of friends and people whose style I admire in SL, one such individual is Marly, she runs a blog with Reese Marree and it is one I watch closely, well how happy am I today when she directed me to Ha! Well a while ago on another avi I bought these amazing broken pearls, but could I ever find them again NO, one of LL's great mysteries so you can imagine my sheer excitement when I saw her supporting them in her recent blog post, her blog incidently is on the list I stalk and worth checking out, she is tooooo cute!! So today Miss Marly I salute you for finding me a pearl necklace.. LOL.. ;)

Rise Up..

Half way to the weekend, and oh lord am I looking forward to this one.. Long gone are the days when I long to party all weekend preferring the weekends where I do little to nothing watching chick flicks, enjoying takeaway noodles and lounging with friends, I think it is official I have passed my rave by date and now I am not old by any means but maybe I did it all too soon and I burnt out my wick.. I recall times when my parents would say you will get bored, the later part of that conversation hanging on the wind as I couldn't wait to hot foot out the door into the nearest cocktail bar... Maybe this isn't so bad, see now I appreciate things that I once never did and that can only be a good thing.. Well today I wanted to release the girl in me and found this cute little ballerina dress, OBVIOUSLY I had to grunge it up but it still evokes cuteness for me and this appeals to all that is me, higher ARC that normal but I get the feeling you forgive me this one..   In honour of my party days I chose one of my favourite dance tracks.. Oh and big salute to myself for not getting bored and sacking off this blog, as I celebrate my 25th post, ching ching and bottoms up luvvies.. :)
